We hope all who attended our March meeting enjoyed our speaker. Catherine Sutton spoke to us about Mindfulness Meditation and how it can be of help in managing tinnitus. It was a very interesting presentation.
The next monthly meeting of Cork Tinnitus Support Group will take place at the CDA, 5 MacCurtain Street, Cork on Saturday 28 April 2012 at 2.30 p.m. We won't have a speaker at this meeting, as this is one of the occasions when we open the meeting to members' comments and questions. Remember that even if you don't have tinnitus yourself, but have a relative for whom it's a problem, you are always welcome to attend our support group meetings.
